OBRA PLASTICA

The current work of Carolina Ferrari. Analysis. In 2007 appears for the first time his interest in the fragmented body image to zoom mode, showing legs in the first cases of people who formed a chaotic mass agglutinated human, and the works were titled "bottlenecks". This referred to the story of Julio Cortazar "La Autopista del Sur", which tells the story of some motorists delayed in traffic for months by an unknown cause and for whom the only survivor is the move as a community, the story that reference group was selected by the artist integrates plastic holder for the exhibition held in 2007, shows that toured Museums, Libraries and Universities. But in his last series where there is a strong emotional charge, but here the line continues to play a leading role in recent work is stripped of all color and interfere in an autobiographical work. His long academic study of music, which began at an early age, in this case is the subject of his work. Many times the artist has noted the difficulty faced expressive art by its rigid plastic musical training. The discipline of study that involved the study of their instrument (piano) for ten years, it was counterproductive to the pursuit of freedom to create. In this series of works there is great symbolism. Her mixed técincas pasting the original scores of his books of study, in which the corrections are read 15 years ago wrote about his teachers. Function as clothes, cover, cover, any attempt to sensuality and nudity. Somehow censorship is perceived and breathes, and is reinforced by the emergence of elements such as pitch or the metronome, reflecting the precise, exact, unchanging. The literal breakdown of the leaves of his books is the great metaphor for his desire for freedom from the creative act, this is the need to break any convention which mobilized today for the artist today who works extensively in this work self-referential.
